Luner Limited Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period:

Luner warrants that your phone case will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of three (3) months from the original date of purchase.

Customers who register their purchase on the Luner website within 30 days of receipt automatically qualify for an Extended Warranty period of six (6) months from the original purchase date.

2. Who is Covered:

This warranty covers only the original end-user purchaser and is non-transferable.

Coverage is valid only for purchases made directly through the official Luner Amazon store (https://www.amazon.com/luner)

3. What is Covered:

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal use during the applicable warranty period (Standard 3 months or Extended 6 months with registration).

4. What is Not Covered (Exclusions):

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Including but not limited to fading, scratches, scuffs, stretching, or material breakdown that naturally occurs with regular use and does not impair core functionality.

  • Misuse, Abuse, Neglect, or Accidents: Damage caused by improper use, lack of care, mishandling, drops, crushing, exposure to excessive heat, liquids, sand, solvents, acids, or other contaminants.

  • Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs: Damage caused by attempts to modify, disassemble, or repair the product by anyone other than Luner or its authorized service providers.

  • Cosmetic Damage: Purely aesthetic issues that do not affect the case's core function of protecting the phone.

  • Use with Non-Compatible Devices: Damage resulting from use with a phone model the case was not designed for.

  • Products Purchased Elsewhere: Cases purchased from unauthorized retailers, resellers, or third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon Marketplace, eBay, auction sites).

  • Acts Beyond Control: Damage caused by fire, flood, natural disasters, or other events outside Luner's control.

  • Lost or Stolen Products.

5. Making a Warranty Claim:

To submit a warranty claim, contact Luner Customer Service at support@luner.co.

You must provide: 

  1. Proof of purchase (original order number).

  2. Clear photographic or video evidence clearly demonstrating the alleged defect.

  3. If you qualified for the Extended Warranty, your registered account details.

Luner reserves the right to request the defective product be returned for inspection at your expense. Failure to provide requested evidence or return the product may result in claim denial.

6. Sole Remedy:

If your claim is validated under this warranty, Luner's sole obligation and your exclusive remedy is, at Luner's discretion, the replacement of the defective case with the same or functionally equivalent model/color (subject to availability).

Replacement Warranty: Any replacement case will be covered for the remainder of the original applicable warranty period (Standard or Extended). It does not restart the warranty clock.

Luner does not offer refunds under this warranty policy.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability:

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. LUNER SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LUNER AND ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, OR DAMAGE TO YOUR PHONE OR OTHER PROPERTY) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF LUNER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

LUNER'S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

8. Governing Law:

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Your State/Country of Legal Jurisdiction, e.g., the State of California], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
